Your Waay Journey So Far

When you first pick up an instrument, it can be overwhelming. There are so many notes! How are you supposed to choose what to play, and when? That’s where Waay‘s journey begins.

Through four courses—Melodies, Chords, Progressions I & II—Waay steadily develops your practical music theory skills from the ground up. We start very simple, at the very foundation of music, and move through notes, scales, chords, progressions, and more.

Along the way we never drift far from the most important question in music theory (at least according to us!): “How can you use this new skill? How is it practical?” Because Waay is about giving you the tools to actually create beautiful music, and better understand the music you love too.

What’s Next

As you know, we’re strong believers in practical music theory. That’s why we’ve covered the topics we have in Waay, such as melodies, chords, and progressions. But there’s more coming…

Today we’re happy to announce a new Waay course is on the way. The course will be ready in the coming months, but some lucky users will get a sneak peek much earlier. Our Beta program will be accepting a handful of new testers soon. And that means pre-release access to the new material!
